Greater thermal versatility, more technical, and stretchier than original R4. Low nap microfleece face is lightweight and durable. Full-stretch Polartec Windbloc middle layer is laminated between the face and interior fabrics. Interior R1 grid construction fabric provides wicking action. Neck-gasket closure has stretch woven drawcord casing for streamlined seal. Supplex outer collar for moisture repellency and smoother layering surface. Full Supplex wind flap behind zipper. Shoulder seams are set forward for comfort under pack straps. Non-laminated, stretchy R1 fabric underarms for supreme breathability and mobility. Zippered handwarmer pockets are placed high for access when wearing a harness. Two drop-in internal pockets. Partial elastic cuffs keep wrists free of bulk. Drawcord hem. Weight: 510 gr / 18 oz. Fabric: Lightweight R4: 8.4-oz. Polartec Windbloc laminate combines a polyester micro-fleece face with R1 (Polartec Power Dry) grid polyester on the inside. R1 Panels: 6.5-oz. 98%, 2% spandex (Polartec Power Dry) treated with a wicking finish.
